ORDER A GUN IN 3 EASY STEPS:

STEP 1 – SHOP

  • Choose your firearm, add to cart, and proceed to checkout.
  • Is This Gun Legal?

STEP 2 – CHECKOUT

  • Select instore pickup. Or Choose and contact a local FFL Dealer, then enter your payment info.

STEP 3 – TRANSFER

  • Take ownership of firearm from your local FFL. 
  • Background check will be done at your local FFL (Transfer fees may apply, inquire with your local FFL)
  • Background Checks
  • Return Policy.
  • You must be 18 or older to purchase a rifle or shotgun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun.
  • You are responsible for compliance to your local and state laws.
  • Be aware of restrictions on extended magazines and certain types of AR-15 style rifles.

HOW TO CHOOSE AN FFL DEALER

  • During checkout you MUST specify a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) near you who transfers the firearm to you, after successful background check if needed. If you need Help Selecting a local FFL. Feel free to contact us were more then happy to help!
  • FFL can be your local Gun Shop, Gun Range or Pawn Shop willing to perform the transfer.
  • NOTE: Contact your local FFL first to confirm the dealer will conduct the transfer.
  • Mississippi residents may choose instore pickup. In picayune,ms Sales tax may apply.

FFL TRANSFER AND BACKGROUND CHECK

  • You are responsible to pay the FFL’s transfer .
  • If you have selected to pickup the firearm at our store the transfer is free
  • If FFL is not in our system, you or the dealer must send their license (FFL) to us by either email ([email protected]) or fax (601-301-2285)
  • If we do not receive a copy of your chosen dealer’s FFL license within seven days of your order, your order will be cancelled.and you may be charge a 10% restocking fee with a $10 minimum 
  • If you fail the ncis background check. We will deduct all shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee with a $10 minimum from your refund

FIREARM RETURN POLICY

  • Once you accept the transfer, the gun is considered used and must be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.
  • All unauthorized returns to Voodoo Armory.  will be refused; no exceptions. More info on our Return Policy
