Return Policy

Non-Returnable Items:no exception 

  • firearms (that have been transferred. including any serialized items ex. lower receivers)
  • ammunition
  • reloading components
  • projectiles
  • SPECIAL ORDER
  • Any blemished or “Blem” firearms, frames, and receivers
  • Any used (i.e., fired) firearms, frames, and receivers
  • clothing
  • cleaning solvents/lubricates
  • food and perishables
  • Opened , used , or mounted items

All sales on these items or final/If any of the items or defective you must contact the manufacturer. For repairs or replacements

Firearm Returns

  • FIREARMS CANNOT BE RETURNED AFTER THE TRANSFER PROCESS HAS BEEN COMPLETED. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the firearm BEFORE completing the transfer. If there is a problem with your firearm, contact us BEFORE completing the transfer. After we have received and reviewed the defective firearm, you will have the option of receiving a replacement or receiving a refund for the defective firearm. Once a firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if un-fired. Consequently, we cannot accept returns on firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. **Upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy). 
  • In the case of failed background checks and incorrect ordering original shipping charges are NOT refunded if the item is NOT found to be defective. Customers will be responsible for  for shipping charges And subject to a 20% restocking fee with a minimum of $20 ( This includes Firearms that are special ordered for local pickup the cost of shipping and Restocking fee will be deducted from the refund)

Accepted Returns 

For items not on the no returns list, you have 15 days after delivery to request a return authorization ,however you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. And will Be Subject to a 20% Restocking Fee with a $20 minimum . 

Return process 

  • Please do not return packages prior to receiving a return authorization. Please use the  “Contact Us” form to receive a return authorization (ra)number 
  • All returns must be received within 15 days from the date of purchase in order to be considered for a return. 
  • Please do not return an order prior to receiving a return authorization (ra) number. Returns not receiving prior authorization will be refused.

Items must be unused  unopened and in 100% original condition with all labels, papers and packaging materials intact.

Defective Items.

For Items that have been delivered that seem to be defective. you must contact the Manufacturer of the product

Cancellation Policy

  • For products in the in store section Ordered. You have till the order ships to cancel the orders
  • For other items there usually fulfilled by our partner distributors. Due to processing timeframes and procedures, Those items in the order cannot be cancelled
  • All Cancellation will be subject to a %20 with a $20 minimum Processing fee deducted from refund
  • All firearm orders require FFL paperwork to ship. Firearm orders 7 days old without FFL paperwork will be canceled and charged a 20% restocking fee with a $20 minimum.
  • No CANCELLATIONS ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
  • Restricted Items: If a item is ordered that is restricted in your state. The order will be cancelled and you will be subject to a 2% processing. It is up to you to check your local laws before placing a order. You can contact us before Placing your order to make sure
